Archlinux cheat cube

I found this neat little cube on a Spanish site (http://elblogdepicodev.blogspot.com/201 … -cube.html) and translated it into English and German and also made some minor changes.

Re: Archlinux cheat cube

I can't seem to get your files from github, but the original is a bit out of date: ifconfig is deprecated http://www.archlinux.org/news/deprecation-of-net-tools/ (but should still work for now) and you can use 'rc.d start foo' instead of '/etc/rc.d/foo start'.

Do you know what's the problem with the file download?
In my version I changed the daemon start command (after getting a hint in the German archlinux forum). ifconfig I left unchanged so far. I may update this command and others later.
So please let my know what can be improved smile.

Re: Archlinux cheat cube

The problem was I clicked on the png link in your git repo but my browser didn't show me a picture, it showed how stupid I am ;P and my system promptly run out of memory.
Now I've cloned your repo and viewed the files locally, they're OK.

Edit: Some suggestions & nitpicking:
0. You're using /etc/rc.d style for network and iptables.
1. Some typos / German leftovers: the English png mentions 'informationen' for ifconfig/iwconfig.
2. The commands can be a bit improved by suggesting e.g. 'df -h' instead of plain df.
3. Ctrl-Alt-F7 to switch to X is the default, but this can be changed, depending on how many consoles you spawn at boot (/etc/inittab).
4. 'pacman -Q pckg' does not 'display installed packages'.
5. 'pacman -S pckg' may install whole group of packages too.
6. 'pacman -U' suggest xz compression which may not be true, if a user compiled a package from source and used a different compression e.g. gz.
7. You use third person singular but 'mv source target' is 'move/rename' instead of 'moves/renames'. Same thing for pstree.

Re: Archlinux cheat cube

and 8. "informations" should be "information", I believe there is no plural for uncountable nouns.

Impressive work though!!! Wonderful!

Text should be no problem in vector graphics (.svg) and the images should be fine for A3. So go ahead :-).
