Problem with upgrade

I am getting this error:  error: failed to prepare transaction (unexpected error) when I try to run sudo pacman -Syyu or yaourt -Syyua.  I was able to do sudo pacman -Syu and it upgraded except for peazip-gtk due to gmp4 could not be resolved.  Anyone know how to fix this problem?

peazip-gtk is not in the repos, neither is gmp4

so pacman won't be able to update them.
