Hi there!
I've been looking for a fix for a long time.
I have a wireless card which is connected to my laptop through usb, but open source drivers don't work well with my card.
lsusb shows:
Bus 001 Device 004: ID 0b05:170c ASUSTek Computer, Inc. WL-159g 802.11bgDrivers are located in the package zd1211-firmware since the card is based on Zy(i)das ZD1211 chipset.
The issue is that speed connection is very slow, bad quality connection and sometimes it doesn't even connect!
I tried to use ndiswrapper with windows drivers... kernel bootloops when i load (modprobe ndiswapper) the module though.
What shall i do in order to make the card work good?
