Bluetooth source: connect/disconnect

I've a bluetooth stereo transmitter. I pair and connect it from blueman-applet, and all works fine. Pulse see "hifi capture" stereo source for an instant, but now blueman disconnect it, and source disappear from pulse. Why?

First of all, good job supplying detailed info in your initial post. If it appears that I might need to play the "20 questions" game before obtaining enough information to even start helping someone with their problem, I'll just simply move on to see if I can help someone else.

The only thing you missed is which version of Bluez you're running. So I simply downloaded the 4.98 version and started poking around in the source code.

The Bluez code is one gigantic tangled furball with almost no comments, so I can only offer a best guess about your problem. But it appears that you're using Bluez as a "Sink"... but you say that you only enabled "Source".

So try changing that /etc/bluetooth/audio.conf file to the following:

Enable=Source,Sink

In fact, I'd change it to:

Enable=Source,Sink,Headset,Gateway,Control,Socket,Media

unless you have a good reason not to.
