Heroes of Newerth / HoN priblem with hon-x86

Hi!

I'm using 64bit Arch.

I started playing HoN 3 days ago, but yesterday they released patch for version 2.5.10. They did something wrong so game doesn't update properly – if you got 64 bit system, after download, and restart it asks again for update…

Someone wrote on their official forum that hon-x86 binary works. I tried to play using it, but it asks for additional lib32- files. I downloaded 4 additional packages, but I'm stuck when it tells me that:

/opt/hon/hon-x86: symbol lookup error: /opt/hon/libk2-x86.so: undefined symbol: _ZN4FMOD6System13getDriverCapsEiPjPiS2_P16FMOD_SPEAKERMODE

Anyone tried hon-x86? Anyone solved this problem?

I've downloaded HoN from AUR: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=29208

Re: Heroes of Newerth / HoN priblem with hon-x86

There used to be some driver related issues with game folder files, likewise "libs_x86/libstdc++.so" or familiar being issue with nouveau driver.

Trying to get around those to see if any is an issue could be possible way to get thing running, also on with newest nvidia drivers it requires the "startup.cfg" and settings for resolution and bpp to get game launched first time, if those config files do not exist it cannot start the game and create those.
