Where is RS232 serial port mapped to?

I have a server (industrial setting) that has four rs232 serial ports.   What location (under /dev?) would these ports get mapped to?

I'm an Arch newb, I come come from the Solaris world, where my four RS232 get mapped to: /dev/term/a to /dev/term/d  (symbolic links to: /devices/asy@1,3f8:a and so on).

I not savvy on how Arch linux maps out devices like RS232.  Can someone point me in the right direction here?
