What's your configured SigLevel in /etc/pacman.conf? Also, you can manually import the related key with the following command:
pacman-key -r <keyid>You can lookup the keyid on one of the keyservers (http://pgp.mit.edu/ for example).

Not sure what you mean by that: have you uninstalled just that one package or are you reinstalling the whole system?
Have you properly merged pacnew files for pacman 4 and done all the stuff related to signing e.g. pacman-key --init?

i have the default
SigLevel = Optional TrustedOnly
now i reseted my keys and i get multiple
error: key "bla bla <bla bla @archlinux.org>" could not be importedOffline
As karol already suggested, have you followed the exact setup procedure as documented here (importing the master keys etc)?

i did it manually so perhaps i made a mistake somewhere,but using the script made it work....
so i mark it as SOLVED.
