Weird HDMI output using xrandr and my TV

Hey,

In order to watch movies on my TV, I tried a few xrandr commands to get an HDMI output of my laptop, on my TV.
I tried the following ones:
xrandr --output HDMI1 --mode auto
xrandr --output HDMI1 --mode 1920x1080

But both gived me a weird output as you can see here
My wallpaper is repeating itself. My browser can't be bigger than the size you saw on my photo.

Any idea to fix this ?
