i think he is meaning "iso" maybe use a diffrent mirror when installing i think some of the mirrors are throttled.

I chose the mirror on http://www.archlinux.org/mirrors/status/. Unfortunately, did not help.

what mirror did you choose cause some "throttled" their servers so you get only a very limited speed and not the full 100MBps

Try and test your connection in other way than via archlinux mirrors. For example:
wget http://ipv4.download.thinkbroadband.com/100MB.zip
I tried it myself, could download it at ~5 MB/s. If you can get something similar (or whatever is appropriate for your connection), then the problem must be elsewhere than your hardware.
edit: it's just a broadband test file, can't even exctract it. Nothing harmful, in case you were wondering what am I feeding you

Running arch is like raising a puppy - if you spend a bit of time with it each day and do just a bit of training you'll end up with the most loyal partner you could want; if you lock it in a room and don't check on if for several days, it'll tear apart your stuff and poop everywhere.
