subj. I reinstall fglrx (package from amd.com), but on startx i receive "module fglrx not found".
find / -name fglrx.ko - not found.
and very interesting moment, in /usr/src i have a symlink linux (/usr/src/linux-3.2.2-1-ARCH), and in /usr/src/linux-3.2.2-1-ARCH i have only symlink linux (/usr/src/linux), it's normal?

You should be using one of the catalyst packages in the AUR.

install catalyst-total. When start X, receive errors- something like "switchlibGL and switchlibglx not found. PowerXpress: Switching libglx did not take effect.". After removing catalyst-total I be able to install official ati drivers, but i not switch between the graphics, only ati.

Sorry, but you didn't say in your opening post you have two GPUs (I assume you're talking about a laptop as well).
I have no experience with that.
The catalyst packages in the AUR provide the official drivers; the only difference is you have a neat package that you can upgrade/remove/reinstall without cluttering your system (which the official ATi installer will do).
Check in the ATi Bar & Grill thread whether someone can help you with the switching issue. Google tells me fglrx supports hybrid GPU configurations, but it doesn't look like it's 100%.
