error: mawk is not part of package

Hi,
My comp hard disk got bad and I got a new one.
Now I downloaded the Arch 0.7 base iso and burned it.
It is booting fine (md5sum is correct)
When I try to install from CD I get some error that mawk is not part of package ( required for autoconf) .
When I try to do a ftp install , I cannot download the packages, no matter what mirror I try.
I am writing this by installing gentoo, it got installed easily and I did a network install.

Please tell me is there any http server I can download all the required sources from.  I have a http proxy and also tell me what all files I need to download to put in /portage or /src

Regards,
Abhay

Re: error: mawk is not part of package

if you did what i think happened, you need to start over and prepare your HD again. Make sure you have the partitions right and then set the file systems pointers. You need choose a / and a swap partition and let The installer format the FS types

agreeing with alcattle, i had same problems.
when you start over, make sure you do the install in the correct order. once only.
going back a stage or two and re doing seems to foul whats just been done.
