desktop environment blinks and tty prints ^@

Hi,
I'm using Lenovo Ideapad Y460 laptop. Usually, it works well but when the problem happening it blinks if I'm in desktop environment(both Gnome and KDE) or send ^@ keys automatically if I'm in a console. The blinks and unwanted ^@ key sending occur about twice or three times every two seconds. Each blink interrupt my typing with the input method ibus, it clears characters i typed before ,which makes me unable to type a complete pinyin to type Chinese. In terminal, the "^@" character is always auto-typed and causes every command I typed even my login name and password mixed with ^@. I can't log in when the problem is happening for the reason that when I type my password, ^@ is mixed.
Any ideas?
Thanks
