Since upgrading today it seems my nvidia module has become unusable.
This message shows up in dmesg.
nvidia: disagrees about version of symbol module_layout
I'm using Linux kernel 3.2.8-1 and nvidia package extra/nvidia 295.20
If someone has any idea as to what is happening under there ?

external modules have been recompiled. do pacman -Syu
Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.

I managed to get it running by getting the aur/nvidia-beta package instead.
I kinda guessed that the AUR version would mean a proper recompile of the module against the kernel header.
Seems I was right, everything is now a-okay.
Thanks for the suggestion, and I hope this helps other peeps who might run into the same troubles.

I guess I was in module limbo then (which is what I figured).
