[CLOSED][alsa] Sound on FrontMic

Hey Guys,

today i realized some very weird behavior of my sound card. Im running a VIA VT1708B sound chip on my ASUS M3A78 Mainboard with alsa.

Now to the weird part: When using headphones on the front panel, I set up alsa that everything is muted accept master, pcm and headphones, and activating the capture for microphone (using `alsactl restore -f`). But all the time, there is the sound from the headphones on the capture channel of the mic. Even if I unplug the headphones. With plugged microphone, its maybe around the quarter of normal volume, when unplugging the mic, its louder (around half of normal). There are two connectors for the front panel, one "HD audio" and one "AC 97", and the same goes for the BIOS settings for the sound chip mode. I tried all combinations, every time the same. Only when I disable the capture, or mute the headphone output in alsa, the input is all silent. But also without any input from the mic. The last time, i used my headphones with mic was about two months ago, so i can't say what exactly caused this.

Anyone got a idea, what cause this weird behavior, or how to fix it?

EDIT: After some more testing I can say, its not software related, because I have the same thing on Windows. It seems to be a incompatibility issue between my soundchip and the new front panel.
