base iso package update script

Kinduv useless I suppose, but here it is: LINK

Currently it only works for the base iso. I will try to get it working for the full iso in the near future.

What it does:
* update the packages installable from the cd
* update the version of pacman the cd uses to install with

that's it. Exciting huh? lol
