I was setting up alsa through the ~/.asound file which was going fine... untill I tryed to set up alsaequal and since then I have no sound.
before alsa was screwed up

}This didn't hurt my set up but when using alsaequal It wouldn't have an effect. I then followed the commented instructions provided in the segment of the config which it also didn't work.

}so i made the change to see what would happen.. and since then I've gotten no sound.
