reliable multifunction mono laser printer

It seems I need a scanner, so I'd like to replace my old inkjet with a mono laser printer w/ scanner. Since I don't print much, a laser printer is more practical and it'd be easier to place one device instead of two.
Any advice what make and model should I choose? It's important that the scanner should work properly.

There's the Samsung SCX-3200 that seems fine to me, but please share your thoughts with me. I don't need anything fancy, just a reliable MFP.

Speaking in general HP and Brother appear to have the best linux support.
