libpcap-devel for arch?

I cannot find libpcap-devel using pacman or yaourt.
Is this package available for arch linux?

What exactly do you need it for?

Arch has very few -devel packages http://www.archlinux.org/packages/?sort … =&limit=50, we don't generally use them.

we don't split headers out from our packages like other distros do. Everything is included in libpcap.
