Dell n411z cpu fan issue.

I recently bought a Dell n411z-6733 laptop. Everything works fine apart the cpu fan. It is always spins in the lowest speed even on low temps. With the same temps in Windows 7 it does not spin.

I can't even monitor the cpu fan speed. lm_sensors doesn't report cpu fan speed.

I tried i8k module:
