I've looked around for this but could find no similar results.
I'm running XFCE on my laptop. Upon installation, XFCE did not create the usual directories found in the user's home directory, so Documents, Music, Downloads, Pictures & Videos, the only thing I had when I got there was 'Dektop' with the correct icon.
Of course I was able to create these directories manually, however none of them have the applicable folder icons as they should according to my theme. It's as if it's not detecting them as being said folders. The Desktop folder has the applicable icon however.
Are there any means of creating these folders again so that my system realises which directories they are? It's frustrating having an almost pixel perfect elementary setup without the applicable folder emblems!
I've even tried installing the full Gnome suite in hope that it would create these for me, however no such luck!
Any help is greatly appreciated
(And yes... I am a perfectionist when it comes to the system's UI )
