Cannot mount a valid SD card, dmesg errors

I am unable to mount a valid SD card on one of my Arch boxes, it works fine on other Arch boxes and Ubuntu.

Using latest kernel, all seems similar between the different Arch boxes. Not sure what is going on. Same machine mounts USB pen drives just fine! Any ideas appreciated.
