I just switched to Openbox and love it.

I didn't want to use it for the longest time because, gosh darn it, it's just TOO popular.

Also, I wasn't interested in using Openbox because I just couldn't find a task bar that I liked. Turns out I'm really happy with no task bar at all. tongue

For those, like myself, who find that ARCH isnt quite for them..i would recommend Chakra

smooth installation..i.e. everything working out the box and less config but still based on arch

after like 2 yrs of distro hopping..i think ive found the one i feel most comfortable with

It is gnome-shell,and all themes you can find on my deviantart page.
I can put conky configs on my github page, but it is a bit tricky to setup weather forecast,you need some more stuff.

It's likely a dns issue. Try cleaning your browser cache, and / or try different dns servers.

Unfortunately, no. When a site fails to load I tend to try using the IP address ($ nslookup (using various DNS servers) http://postimage.org => 67.215.65.132 and 46.229.160.181) but both return a 404.

However I tried your suggestion for using different DNS servers (my default ISP DNS and OpenDNS). Both failed.

Even using websites like http://isitup.org returns "postimage.org seems to be down!" (It now indicates http://postimage.org is up with the IP: 213.174.142.28, but it still 404's.)

edit: 404's on Google's public DNS too.
