Bullet 2.79-2 Missing Files
The packages is missing at least two ".inl" (inlined code) files in /usr/include/bullet/HACD. I assume this is a bug.

The task (29012) was closed with reason "not a bug". But the files are indeed missing, and compilations that involve those files fail. I requested that the task be re-opened, but I'm sorry if I'm missing something or not following protocol.
