Pretty much just the default zenburn theme (small changes) along with urxvt (zenburn colours).
Have been using awesome for the past few days and i love it. Already removed anything related to xfce (which i was previously using).
Here's how i roll: arch64 / awesome / zsh / urxvt

Another tiling:

What file manager is that, if I may ask? And what gtk theme are you using? It's the most appealing I saw to date.

I am coming from scrotwm (Far simpler of a config for myself) and I am attempting to use your configs to help learn the lay of of the land. I followed the README and yet awesome reverts to its default config. I really like your layout and atttempted this a few months back when you had the longcat wallpaper and I had the same issue. Not exactly sure what to do next.
~/ awesome -k
✔ Configuration file syntax OK and have installed vicious
I did modifty the rc.lua to use wlano as stated in the notes and changed the theme location by uncommenting where you have yours installed. Any tips would be great if not I'll keep plugging at it.
EDIT:
Scratch that. I actually took 15mins to read the docs at http://awesome.naquadah.org/wiki/My_first_awesome and am proud to say I'm on my way to setting it up as my own. Still a ton more to look at but this thread has be very helpful.

Finally started messing around with the themes in arch, pretty happy with this right now.
Using Zegoe UI font, and a wallpaper I found on reddit (sorry I don't have a link, though I'll upload it for anyone who wants it).

Ok, think I need a little guidance. I made a bottom progress bar and am trying to insert a mem progress bar. I have the icon and bar and both are showing up in the bar. Issue is the mem progress bar is displaying at the top of the bar instead of centered with in the bar.
EDIT:
Got it.
awful.widget.layout.margins[membar.widget] = { top = 7 }
EDIT: #2
Now to figure out how to get the bars over to the left hand side. They only seem to stay on the right. My network widget goes over to the left but not the progress bars. Using the default theme.

Awesome, thanks for linking the original skanky, I've been trying to find it myself!
Thought I'd setup a github to share the config, frank.rehfeld (I changed the awesome icon since the post, its just inverted): https://github.com/skarjoko/sarim-archconfigs

I'd imagine it's luakit.

Just switched from StumpWM to Awesomewm a couple of days ago. Things seem snappier using Awesome than StumpWM, but I still have much more to configure in Awesome (mostly widgets, for some reason rc.lua does not pass the check when I add any type of widget). Currently using eminent (from AUR) to make dynamic tags as I switch to different tags, definitely awesome.
The Awesome Theme I am using is called Dust.

Nice. How did you make the top bar transparent?

Right then, now I'm finally happy with my theme. A more colour neutral menubar with better tag icons, and new wallpaper.
