Is that tint2? If so, would you mind sharing your tint2rc? I think it's awesome...

Yes it is, tint2-svn is required (neap-svn is also used in the systray placed on the left).
Configurations are available here (light and dark versions).

Rocking wmii (since 2005! ) inside VMWare Player (128MB RAM) on my work laptop (Windoze7).

wmii configured with Zukitwo-Dark color scheme.
Urxvt configured with my Zenburn terminal color scheme.
Zsh configured with my vcs_info prompt and syntax highlighting and history search plugins.
Vim configured with Zenburn color scheme and plugins from git.
Tamzen programming font (my fork of Tamsyn) for monospaced bliss.
Plus various dotfiles & scripts from my home directory. Enjoy!

It's not a DE, its Openbox with these conky configs and this bmpanel2 theme.
