Huawei K4510 installation

Dear Archlinux forum,

I've been trying to install my Vodafone K4510, i need a little info on how and where to search for this problem.

At first i thought that i had to use  usb_modeswitch to transform it from a flashdrive to a 3g dongle

Here is lsusb:
Bus 001 Device 009: ID 12d1:14cb Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.

There is being told that the vendor&product "12d1:14cb" are correct this way

but i still have the flash drive avaiable and i don't know how or where to enable this device
I didn't load any drivers or modules
