Youtube video controls messed up.

This is how the video controls look on YouTube in two different browsers:

Chromium:
Chromium

Firefox:
Firefox

Controls like pause and volume is covered up by other controls, which makes it pretty hard to view videos. I've tried reinstalling Flash and it doesn't seem to be browser related (although I have tried reinstalling the browsers too). I tried the HTML5 YouTube trial too, with the same result.

I have no idea where to continue to fix this, so help would be appreciated.

Re: Youtube video controls messed up.

Is it just the youtube videos or all the flash video sites?

But AFAIK its most likely not due to the website.

It's the same even when using HTML5 YouTube, so it shouldn't be a flash problem. I haven't experienced anything like it on any other site at all, everything works perfectly except for youtube. I've even tried clearing cookies, and using a clear Firefox profile.

I have my system on an external hard drive which I take to school. They use ATI cards there and I use NVIDIA at home, and there's no difference even though different drivers are used.

I have no idea what's going on.

I feel I'm gonna get a ,,Golden Shovel'' for digging up that thread, but did you find a solution? I've got the same issue over half year later, newest flash 11.2.202.251-1, newest Chromium 23.0.1271.95-1 and Intel graphics card (SNB i7).
