python libraries dependencies: pip vs individual packages

i'm working on creating a package for keystone - identity service for openstack and i'm not sure what is the "Arch way" when it comes to installing python library dependencies. either i list 7-8 different python libraries that are in AUR (python2-webob, python2-greenlet, pastedeploy, etc.) or have pip2 as a dependecy and then in the build section install the libraries using pip. any recommendations?

thanks.
