Problem on boot

Hello,
It's a few days that after grub there are a lot of errors like this and after a while my pc start to work normally. I want to ask if someone know the reason of the error and how to fix it

Sounds like your harddisk could potentially have some issues. Try doing a healthcheck on it (with smartctl for example).

i checked and the smart indicator are fine. could be a problem of fs?

It's probably not a bad idea to run a full fsck of that disk.

if you do a search for that error, there are many results.
I've checked a few, and it appears this may have to do with an incorrect SATA II implementation.

I've done a bit more searching and FPDMA is part of the " Native Command Queing " that is included in most SATA II and later drives.
the problem appears to be in the ahci driver of the kernel,

try adding libata.force=noncq to the kernel starting line in grub.

Nothing changed and i'm not so surprised because this problem showed without touching anythings. One they everythings was right and the day after on boot i had this surprise. Of course i update the system but after i reboot and everythings was ok. The only things not normal was that before this error i shutdown the computer in a "bad" way...

And actually the apparently the only problem that i have is a very long boot... after the computer work perfectly.
