hi, i think its possible, but i havent got a clue where to start...... I want to output the audio from my laptop to my lan instead of through my laptops speakers so my media centre (also running arch) can play it over a decent sound system.
the idea is to be playing with mixxx on my laptop, with the audio going to my server. idea or some direction would be great ![]()

Pulseaudio should be able to do this. See here for an explanation (very short and simplistic Ubuntu based explanation, but you get the main idea).
