I was able to use kernels < 3.3 to boot, but since the recent upgrades in [testing]:
udev 181-5 => 181-9
util-linux 2.21-6 => 2.21.1-1
all those kernels hangs.
TESTED KERNELS:
linux-ck 3.2.14
linux-pf 3.2.7
linux-lts 3.0.26
linux-rt 3.2.12
UPDATE:
Tried many times to confirm problem is related to the two packages above.
With new util-linux:
hangs right after `Loading initial ramdisk ...`.
With new udev:
hangs after `Triggering uevents ...`.
Can someone confirm this?
Is this a bug?

Finally found it was my hardware's fault. Marked as solved.
