Wallpaper doesn't show
I don't know what i did but i started my pc and now my default desktop bacground has disappeared. The right mouse click isn't responding. When i change the wall paper to what is was before, save settings and reboot the same still happens.

What WM/DE are you using? Are you saving the session upon logout, or just saving the preferences when you are updating your wallpaper?

I use gnome and i save session somtimes when i logout. There is a killall comand that i came across once which i think fixes this problem but i can't recollect where.

Try starting nautilus.

thanx keevn7, it works nows. However from time to time it occurs and i have to start nautilus manually.
