Pacman failed to update, Catalyst-utils dependencies [SOLVED]

Hey people, recently I install the ATI proprietary driver from [xorg111] repository, so far so good. Though when I try to update my system the pacman show me that:

$ sudo pacman -Syu
Password:
:: Synchronizing package databases...
 core is up to date
 extra is up to date
 community is up to date
 multilib is up to date
 xorg111 is up to date
 catalyst is up to date
:: Starting full system upgrade...
resolving dependencies...
looking for inter-conflicts...
error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: catalyst-utils: requires xorg-server<1.12.0
$ sudo pacman -Qs xorg-server
local/xorg-server 1.11.4-1 (xorg)
    Xorg X server
local/xorg-server-common 1.11.4-1
    Xorg server common files

What's happen here?

You're doing it wrong. catalyst & xorg repos should go on top, not at the bottom.
