[Kernel 3.3.x] automatic disconection from internet every 1 min

Packages upgraded: Kernel 3.3.1
Cause: Internet is desconected every 1 min vefor the daemon conecto this to internet, and them, end them
Related: Using networkmanager (I dislike wicd, and I have 2 eth, one broken ether working)
internet: via_rhine (working)

Kernels affected: kernel 3.3.x, ck-3.3.x (plus all this not have sound)
working kernels: linux-lts

/etc/mkinitcpio.conf: modules=(pata_sis sata_sis ehci-hcd ohci-hcd ext2 btrfs crc32c)
