IceWM Control Panel

Looks like a really full featured package for IceWM, but I can't seem to get it working. This is what I get when trying to install it:

[root@lilith INSTALL-IceWMCP]# ./INSTALL-ME.sh

    import gtk,os,sys,GtkExtra
ImportError: No module named GtkExtra

And I have gtk+extras installed... Seems like it's just not seeing it.
Any Ideas?
