Media Sync help/suggestion needed

Hello everyone, even if I`ve been using Arch for about a year, I don`t post much on the forum.

I have a small network at home, two laptops (My Arch and my wife`s Win7, two Nokia S60 phones, an Android Tablet (TF101G) and gaming consoles, all connected to a DDWRT router.

I currently use MPD on Arch to listen to music, sometimes controlling it remotely from MPDroid. Everything works very fine. My need of help comes from a software I used to have on my Windows user times (about 3/4 years ago). On MS Win I used MediaMonkey to sync my music accross devices and convert it to any format I wanted blahblahblah, on Linux I never found such a software T-T

I would like to know, if anyone thought about or knows how to sync folders on Linux based on playlists. I don`t know that much scripting nor programming. But like, M3U playlists have the absolute path of the songs, right? So if I find a way of generating the playlists and then use some kind of scripting to copy every file from playlist to a folder (can even be local on the Arch laptop) I`d have most of it sorted XD

Would such a thing be "not so hard" to accomplish?

I use ncmpcpp for client on MPD, from there I can edit tags (even having 20000+ songs, I can manage the main ones). then I`d only be missing good mp3 batch conversion and folder structure =P

Is anyone interested in helping me? *-*

Miro should have the functionality you're looking for.

PS: please note that I've never used it myself; just heard people mentioning it for similar goals on a few occasions.

Thanks for the suggestion, I think I tried Miro on Ubuntu... But I`d like to use MPD to keep track of the playlists for me, is that possible?
