Dual Monitors, Second Monitor Not Seen. (Internal VGA not found)

Right im hoping theres an easy solution to this, i usually have a nice 21" hd screen but at the moment is have two pretty poor smaller screens which i planned on using both. I have one pugged into my nvidia geforce 9xxx and the other is plugged into the internal graphics. However the only one I am able to see and configure is the nvidia one. Unless of course i unplug that one and then the other monitor comes into play. How do i make both work at the same time. I have got the nvidia drivers (not nouveau).

In fact just found out it doesnt work at all on the internal port..

lspci | grep -i VGA

03:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation G96 [GeForce 9500 GT] (rev a1)

so only 1 VGA so i think what I am asking now is how to get my internal graphics working so that I can have dual monitors, I am pretty sure I have used dual monitors with this hardware in the past with no problems (on fedora)

EDIT2:

So i just realised that the BIOS disabled the other VGA when there was another card plugged in so I have sorted that and:

lspci | grep -i VGA

00:0d.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation C61 [GeForce 7025 / nForce 630a] (rev a2)
03:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation G96 [GeForce 9500 GT] (rev a1)

the question now is why can i Still not see the other monitor?

Try setting two device sections in your xorg.conf file.
