Well, the link you've provided is someone reporting the issue upstream. So once they release a fix for the issue, you'll be able to apply it as well.

i was hoping someone would be faster here because i swear there are a lot of experienced programmers in here
and "pingback" the issue here

The board is not the right place for such questions. Open a bug report in the bug tracker. You could also trying to add the patch yourself by using ABS and editing the PKGBUILD if you really need the patch now. Wiki for details.

if i was able to make a patch, i wouldn't bother this board
i was hoping to find someone who is able to fix this

doesn't matter, admins, lock it, delete it, whatever you want
