Trying to compile Nvidia 173 against linux-3.3.2-1

I have been successfully compiling the legacy NVIDIA-Linux-x86-173.14.31-pkg1.run against many of the linux-3.2.x kernels.   Now after upgrading to 3.3.2, I can no longer compile the Nvidia package.  The end of the log file looks like this:

It seems to be looking for something that isn't there.   When I looked, it seemed like all of the headers were in place.
