I made a big mistake that I've changed the wrong keymap in rc.conf file. So now, the keyboard works weird so I can't even login the system to roll back the mistake

Cool story, bro. Boot a liveCD or installer and fix it, or figure out what each key does.
But whether the Constitution really be one thing, or another, this much is certain - that it has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case, it is unfit to exist.

lolz, I try to figure out what each key does but it's super weird so I give up ... And I still don't have any usb or arch cd at the moment

I don't know if this is the best way, but it works. I tested it in a VM.
1) Boot as root.
2) After you get a shell, remount / read write:
$ mount -o remount,rw /
3) Fix rc.conf
4) Remount / read only:
$ mount -o remount,ro /
5) Reboot. I had to hard reboot, on a physical machine you could probably use REISUB.
