[SOLVED] ThinkPad touchpar scrolling *inertia*

Hi, yesterday I ran -Syu and rebooted. After reboot I experience strange touchpad scrolling. When I scroll down and take off my hands from touchpad it keeps scrolling until it reaches and of the page. It was not doing this *autoscrolling* or whatever it's before. Thanks for any help

my 10-synaptics.conf
