Hi guys.
I have a Lenovo ThinkPad Edge 13'. Yesterday, my touch pad has stopped responding. I can sroll using the edge scrolling feature but I can't control the mouse nor can I click through the touchpad (I can use the physical buttons). I didn't really understand other posts that I have read but from what I could gather, this should be of some help:

I have the same problem. Reloading the kernel module helps: rmmod psmouse; modprobe psmouse.

I tried this, X has crashed. I don't know if crash is the right word but I was thrown away from the graphic interface
