[solved] USB only works during boot...

I have the problem since some time that usb only works during bootup:

For example, when I connect an USB Stick, and then start up the computer, it works as expected.

However, when I connect it when the computer is running, nothing happens, no messages appear in "dmesg" or "/var/log/messages" and the stick gets no electricity (doesn't glow, as usual).

Any Idea what the problem could be? Maybe something with udev or similar?

Already fixed... was some wrong BIOS settings
