Smooth Scrolling doesn't work anymore with Epiphany

Hello! After the release of Gnome 3.4 I figured out, that the only Gnome application which doesn't support smooth-scrollig is Gnome-Terminal. In every other application it works really nice, especially Nautilus, Gedit and Epiphany. But since one or two days smooth-scrolling doesn't work anymore with Epiphany. I just jumps three lines, like all the years before.

Smooth-Scrolling works still in Nautilus, Gedit and all the other scrollable Widgets of the typical GTK3-Applications.
Any idea what happend?

PS: I'm told in another forum that someone faces the same problem, but I ignored it. Because at first it worked for me in every application.
