Cython Upgrade Errors

My latest update is failing with the following errors:

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
cython: /usr/lib/python3.2/site-packages/Cython/Distutils/__pycache__/__init__.cpython-32.pyc exists in filesystem
cython: /usr/lib/python3.2/site-packages/Cython/Distutils/__pycache__/build_ext.cpython-32.pyc exists in filesystem
cython: /usr/lib/python3.2/site-packages/Cython/Distutils/__pycache__/extension.cpython-32.pyc exists in filesystem

I can't find any other similar errors reported. I suppose I could just delete the conflicting files and let the update re-install them, but that doesn't really fix the problem.
