While i am installing arch it gives me error : do_IRQ: 0.75 No irq handler for vector (irq -1) and it gives that to me many times so i cant install it . I saw these errors when i installed debian and fedora 2 but it didnt gave me problems because i installed those in a graphical environment but i noticed when i was booting them it gave me that error. But now on arch its a different story i cant install it because i cant se a damn thing just that error. Please help i tried everything and i searched for days and couldnt find a thing. The only thing that i founded that it is because of my motherboard asus P5VD2-mx .

A quick work around so you can see is to press Ctrl-Alt-F2. That will switch you to a TTY2 rather than staying on TTY1 (which is being spammed with the error messages).
Next, you are going to need to find out what hardware is generating interrupts that the kernel does not know about. Usually, hardware should not generate interrupts until they are enabled. This is often an indication that the BIOS has initialized hardware and enabled interrupts prior to the launching of the kernel. After you can use TTY2, use lspci -vv and see if you can identify what has hanging on IRQ 1. Good Luck

Well, my next suggestion is to go through the BIOS setup and see if you can find what is using that IRQ. You might also try the PnP settings in the BIOS. Pick one that indicates the OS will enumerate hardware and that the BIOS should not.

I checked the irq in bios. I checked the irq resources and in it there was IRQ 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15 and every one of them was assigned to PCI device. I didnt find a thing which would be connected with IRQ 1 .

The issue appears not to be with IRQ 1, and the number 0.75 also doesn't seem to have a specific meaning.
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=7759222 describes a workaround, by adding nomsi and noaer as boot options.
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
