[solved]gnome-control-center doesn't start

Upgraded to gnome 3.4 few hours ago. Can't open gnome-control-center 3.4.1.1

When i tried to start from terminal this is the output

At least i could downgrade to 3.2.2.1 for time being.

mine works with the ati drivers, so im guessing it has to be something with the opensource drivers?

Thanks for the update from the mailing list.
I expect a fix coming on the way for this. Coz i definitely don't want to do a MALLOC_CHECK_=1 gnome-control-center in terminal for gnome-control-center.

I couldn´t start gnome-control-center and gnome-terminal too. How can I put the enviorment variable "MALLOC_CHECK_=1 gnome-control-center", while running the GNOME-desktop. If I set this enviroment on tty-Console nothing happens.

MALLOC_CHECK_=1 seems just ok, though the system-settings can open, it still report some questions.

I had to do a reinstall of the Operating System and everything is fine now . Not sure which one fixed it. I assume its mutter.

Reinstall of the entire system does not work for me. Still aborted at libjson.so

Yea. I moved to fedora for a couple of days and now I 'm back to Arch with a new installation and again the gnome-control-center doesn't start.

I must say and report that since I've switched to systemd gnome-control-center works flawlessly and without having to use any work-around nor seeing any weird debug line.

Following a post at the gnome bug by a gnome-control-center developer noting that it was a problem through libcheese in the user accounts panel, I was able to skip this bug by either a) rebuilding the package with --without-cheese or b) just disabling the fuill user accounts panel with

chmod 0 /usr/lib/control-center-1/panels/libuser-accounts.so

Not really solved, gnome-control-center 3.4.1-2 is using the same workaround I provided above. But I'm glad it's in the repos without requiring manual patching.
