Chromium just got updated to 18.0.1025.168-2. Now I am having major problems with it. When I sign in it says my profile is corrupted. I deleted all chromium related files in my $HOME directory and started it again, logged in again to get my bookmarks back. And then I get the same error whenever I launch Chromium. I'm thinking maybe something is messed up in my *online* profile and when I sync that it borks my local chromium configuration. Is there any way to clear your Chrome profile that google stores?

You have to reset your sync settings through Google Dashboard. http://google.com/dashboard As per This help page
