wake up from suspend many times

My laptop toshiba satellite core i5, intel graphics, i installed laptop modes, hdpram, jupiter, cpufrequtils, acording to wiki.
the problems are:
first the brightness got lwered, then the screen shuts down, but no suspend, and after a while it wakes up from this screen only off state, i want it to suspend completely till i wake it up, and i here something i think from the hdd like parking and operate again frequently.
help me please
