What is this program?

Does anyone know what this program is? I have looked at a few CLI-based mpd clients but none of them look like this (the one running in the top term that is apparently an mpd client):

I have ncmpcpp but it doesn't have a view like that where the time, artist, song name, etc. are all lined up in rows. Is it a special modification or am I missing it?
